Location : Paris, France

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer to define the test strategy for our service and help design and develop our quality assurance infrastructure. You will be part of an energetic and exciting team building a state-of-the-art Conversational Agent service that needs to handle tens of millions of conversations for our customers. You will be responsible for all the aspects of the quality assurance cycle including: processes that improve the quality and overall efficiency of the R&D team, test frameworks, designing and developing test automation, and performance testing of our service. You will be shipping high-quality software on a bi-monthly release schedule.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in C# or C++, and at least one scripting language.

• At least 3 years of experience implementing, testing, and shipping complex software.
•  
• At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing test automation infrastructure.
•  
• A blend of technology background, customer focus, and passion for quality.
•  
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
•  
• A university computer science degree (or equivalent).

Would be a plus

• Experience with agile development methodologies and TDD.
•  
• Experience testing large-scale, high volume web services.
•  
• Good knowledge of at least one of: performance profiling and tuning, load testing, security reviews and testing.
•  
• Experience managing a vendor team.
•  
• Post-graduate degree in computer science (or equivalent).
