Location : Paris, France

We are looking for a web/Flash Software Development Engineer to help design and develop our next generation graphical avatars and web-based tools. You will be part of an energetic and exciting team building a state-of-the-art Virtual Agent service that needs to handle tens of millions of conversations for our customers. You will be responsible for all the aspects of the development cycle including design, development, and quality. You will be shipping high-quality software on a bi-monthly release schedule.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and C#.
•  
• At least 1 year of experience implementing, testing, and shipping software.
•  
• A blend of technology background, customer focus, and passion for quality.
•  
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
•  
• A university computer science degree (or equivalent).

Would be a plus

• Experience with ActionScript, ASP.NET, Silverlight, HTML, XML, AJAX, SOAP.
•  
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
•  
• Experience with mobile web applications.
